We kicked our mythical bankroll up to $1200 to start the 2013 Saratoga thoroughbred race meet. Each day we'll use this space to record our mythical best bets and calculate the accumulated wins and losses.

Yesterday...

As noted on the picks page - tough season. We just never had a decent hit over here - and there weren't even spots where we could lament not playing.

However - if things were going to turn around it had to happen before time ran out - and so we swung. And you don't expect a complete wipeout - but, again, it's been that kind of year.
