Yesterday

2-12. Winners in R7 [3.50] and R12 [3.00]. Also, R2 ... BAx x 10.80; R4 ... BCA x 24.80 t 58.00; R8 ... Bd-A-x B C scr; R9 ... BCAD x 19.20 t 67.50 s 240.40; R10 .. BDC x 30.20 t 29.00 s 491.40 C won - DQd to 3rd.

The rough end to the meet continues. After clicking along nicely at an average of three wins a day for the first six weeks or so, the last week and a half just hasn't played out well. Rough time to hit a cold-patch but it happens. We'll see what we can add to the total here on closing day...

Attendance: 27434. Weather - wow, what a swing. The early portion of the day was a reminder of earlier in the meet: sunny, hot and humid. But, by the end of the card it was overcast, sprinkling a tiny bit and much cooler.

If we are interested in both halves of an entry -- in event of a scratch -- it is noted that way [in other words, both halves are named]. If only one-half of the entry is named, then we prefer that half and will move to our next pick listed [rather than the other half of the entry] in event of a scratch.
