Attendance: 24832. Weather - the broken record drone on... Sunny, hot and very humid.

FIRST RACE
Spring Heeled Jim/Bright Eye Eagle...MUCH prefer Eagle. Come out of a maiden-breaker at Colonial and I favor that actual racetrack venue experience.
Baltimore Kid...I'll give another chance based on the debut win.
Hurtgen Forest...Like top pick, has a racetrack win last time.
State of Affair.

SECOND RACE
Drink the Wind...Looks to be making a potent class move -- but off the dud last time (maybe it was the slop) and the steep drop, well, could go either way on this one.
Offutt Cole...Seems on the improve.
Prince of Fenton...Claimed two back. Voided claim last time. Ran third both times. Hmm.

THIRD RACE
King of Comedy...Cleverly named firster has a number of win-early sibs.
Makar...Sib Russiarussiarussia ran 2,3,1 in first three -- and subsequently ran third right here on 7/17.
Conman...Wouldn't be shocked to see improvement - but, sibs weren't much.

Prime Factor...The bullet work might be tipping his hand.
