2-10. Winners in the 4th [$3.00] and we double-scratched in the 6th [$3.20]. No a whole lot else to crow about - although a B-D exacta (second pick "B" over fourth pick "D"0 in R9, the featured G@ Sanford paid a generous $254.00/$2.

20,281 attended. Weather was still hot and humid - nut much nicer than it had been on the previous two days.

Spotted amongst the crowd on Sunday - 2003 Ky Derby winnig jock Jose Santos.

Financial Mogul...Connections like to win with 2YOs at this meet. Sib Bear in the Woods was a debut winner - albeit in 2001.
Big Sugar Soda...Asmussen runners often improve with one under their belts.

Ready to Act...Like in R1, owners like to win here with youngster.

Seans Silverdancer...In from CD with a class drop.
Full of Intent...Should fit with these. Off since December though.
Chance Encounter...Was racing against better not that long ago.

Kingston Bay...Breeding and connections might make this one interesting.
Mongol Boss...Seems the one to beat.
Pacific Theater...Has some experience - and a little bit of early foot.

On dirt: Same plus, Perfect Danger, Shutter Shock.

FIFTH RACE
Sea Queen...Sib to Nereid -- and that one was second in deubt then followed with three wins including the 2011 G1 American Oaks.
Hillhouse High...Likely to be ready first time out of the box.
Kitten Kaboodle...Also seems a win-early type.

SIXTH RACE
Off the Page...Ward trainee ran a couple of nice turf sprints in Florida this winter.
Ward entry...Both Rip Roarin Richie and Skylander seem capable.
Southern Tier...Last could signal good form now.

On dirt: Stonely the Lonely, Ten Items or Less, Island Sunset, Ration.

SEVENTH RACE
Mr William...Drops off the claim for savvy claiming connections.
Giant's Time...Might be interesting on the move in for a tag.
Stop Sign...Just missed in latest.

EIGHTH RACE
Fantasy of Flight...Might be the one to catch.
Deanaallen'skitten...Hits the exacta more often than not.
Open Water...Ben facing graded stakes company in SoCal.
Peace Preserver.

NINTH RACE - Shipman $100K
Readthebyline...The one to beat if able to repeat latest effort.
Groomedforvictory...Can gthe Maker/Ramsey juggernaut win a Saratoga stake first-off-the-claim?
So Scott...Should be moving late.

Starship Gambler...Maker/Ramsey dropper.
Tulita...Another Maker runner. Just broke maiden - but seems to have figured it out lately.
Melody Lin...Seems at proper level.
