Today

Saratoga sports bag giveaway - free with paid admission while supplies last.

FIRST RACE
Those Wer the Days...Lightly-raced and spaced to indicate potential problems - but the one to beat if ready.
Bishop of Nola...Likely the one to catch.Concert Stage...Combingin attribute of top two - plenty of speed and limited starts this year! Hmm.
Bwana Brave.
On dirt: Those Wer the Days, Regal Strike, Concert Stage, Sour, Storm Island, Launch N Relaunch, Crepe Au Sucre.

SECOND RACE
Spare Change...Dam won her debut but offspring haven't been especially precocious so this one might benefit from that first start and the stretchout.
Street Savy...Another dam that was a debut winner herself but her offspring haven't necessarily popped - although one sib was an OK second in its debut at DEL last summer.
Klondike Kate...Breeding on this one is a little more intriguing - but, while the trainer can have them ready to win first-out, that's probabyl the exception.
Grace Like Rain.

THIRD RACE
WWs Lady's Man...Speed from the rail - could be tough if able to sneak away.
Hero Figure...Also has speed and might be better positioned outside - plus Castellano gets onboard..
System Restore...Expect a rebound with the return to dirt.
Lil Os Expression.

FOURTH RACE - Lake Placid G2 $150K
Winter Memories...Hard to get by the convincing win here early in the meet.
Bellamy Star...Hasn't missed an exacta on grass. Behind the top pick last time.
Kathmanblu...Accomplished on any surface - but grass might be her game.
Dynamic Holiday.
On dirt: Kathmanblu, Wyomia, Indian Tale, Believe in AP, Tiz the Argument, Trac N Jam.

FIFTH RACE
Colossal Gift...Might break through with the marathon-type distance.
Cease...Could have an edge on these as he's already a winner - albeit subsequently DQd.
Springcourt...Behind the top pick last time but second-start improvement is not out of the question.
Deposit Slip.
On dirt: Same plus Depreciable, Smokin Star.

SIXTH RACE
Tanglewood Tale...Win-early on the sire side and with the trainer.
Sweet Cat...Has some win-early breeding - including a sibling that was a debut winner. Now has one under her belt.
Richbelle...Sire is win-early and the dam has produced at least a couple that broke their maiden in their second start.
More Than Love.
Singn On Themoon.
On dirt: Reservation Blues, Star Vesta.

SEVENTH RACE
Read the Research...Connections are win-early types and this one might benefit from the move to dirt - worked 10.0 before 2YO sale.
Motion Lounge...Has a little bit of breeding interest on the sire side.
Ave's Halo...Had a sib named Segal that was a debut winner and then placed in two stakes in an abbreviated career.
Flavor Girl.

EIGHTH RACE
Le Grand Fromage...The 'fresh face' in here.
Silver Screamer...Likely the one to beat on her best - but doesn't the drop off of the claim raise some red flags?
Vintage Heirloom...Moving in the right direction.
Malibu Spice.
Roses for the Star.
On dirt: Eleven of Hearts, Turbo Tweaked, then same as above.

NINTH RACE
Slevin...Won a similar event at Belmont last time - longer, but it was only one-turn.
Pletcher entry...Both halves look capable.
Saginaw...Interesting on the cutback and class drop.
Mine Over Matter.

TENTH RACE
Landlubber...Some breeding and connections that can win early.
Strike Accord...Similar scenario.
Wholelattashakin...Meanwhile, this one has some breeding - but the trainer typically doesn't have them cranked up.
Shesabronxbomer.
Ladywell Court.
Stock Fund.
On dirt: Same plus Harbor Mist, Sally's Dream.

If we are interested in both halves of an entry -- in event of a scratch -- it is noted that way [in other words, both halves are named]. If only one-half of the entry is named, then we prefer that half and will move to our next pick listed [rather than the other half of the entry] in event of a scratch.
