Yesterday

Dark day. No racing.

Today

At this point, NYRA is reporting off the turf for races 1, 8 and 10 today. 'Yielding' condition for others.

Celebrity Jockey Bartending Charity Event: Jocks shake cocktails for a cause to benefit The Robby Albarado Foundation and the Permanently Disabled Jockeys Fund at Prime at Saratoga National from 7 to 9pm.

FIRST RACE
Flying Sappho...It looks some early speed might have an advantage in this field - but finding that pace-setter is the puzzle. This gal might be the one.
Settling Seas...Back after being climaed just five days ago. Barn good first-off the claim but a little chilly at this meet - and turf sprinting is kind of a specialty, which this one doesn't specialize in. Hmm.
Margaret Smile...Have to hope for a rebound to prior good form in second start back.
Malibu Artiste.
On dirt: Malibu Artiste, Does It Every Time, Iberian Gate, Margaret Smile.

SECOND RACE
After ShockTossed some numbers earlier this year that would win this - but so have others in here. Tough call.
Fudge the Books...The 91 Beyer two back looks big vs these. The 72 last time does not. Again, this is a wide open affair.
Mad for Smarty...Like the top pick - this one sports some good back numbers. Class drop might help.
Wishingonastar.

THIRD RACE
Voodoo Daddy...Precocious breeding and win-early trainer.
Rockin Boogie...Good debut effort. But second and third finishers that day flopped - although the winner ran an OK second in the stake on Monday. Mixed signals.
Sark...There's some class in the breeding and this one shows some good works - so this 2YO is eligible to jump up and run a big one at any time.

FOURTH RACE
Sortilege...Has been competitive against better. Should benefit from the class-relief.
Rockport Lover...Wouldn't be shocked to see her run well with the first-out education under her belt.
Evening Toast...Scratched as an MTO from an off-turfer on Monday. Assume they found this post position and field more to their liking.
Dixieland Cowgirl.
Honey Mou.

FIFTH RACE
Patrioticandproud...In a baby race where nothing was really jumping off the page we went with win-early connections here.
Reserved Quality...On the other hand Hushion is not super with firsters - but again, we're kind of searching in this race.
Purest Form...Back to win-early trainer states with Fawke.
I'm Not Myself.

SIXTH RACE
Chardsey...Could be set to pop.
Doublespeak...Last might have been his best yet - but it was for a tag.
Fast Grievance...AE list. Has a nice closing kick.
Majesty's Pilgrim.
Tu Si Pazzo.
Knock Quietly.
Raffie's Choice.
On dirt, Piscesbymoonlight, This Hard Land, Newman Rocks, Doublespeak, Raffie's Choice, Tu Si Pazzo.

SEVENTH RACE
Joy Rising...Worked 10.1 before 2YO sale. Sire is new - maybe we can get onboard early?
Readthebyline...Could be the one to beat in second start.
Ganador...A little bit of breeding here - worked 22.4 before sale.
Goodtime Boy.

EIGHTH RACE
Sweet Bibby Smart Farming Lemon Drop on Top Molly Molly Molly My Nan Nell
On dirt: Keep It a Secret, Molly Molly Molly, Smart Farming, Cap the Thunder, Money Magnet.

NINTH RACE - Troy $70K
Bridgetown...Possible class edge on this bunch.
Pashito the Che...Also has faced better - but has the layoff to overcome.
Awakino Cat...Going for a three-peat in this race.
Yield Bogey.

TENTH RACE
Solid d'Oro...Wake-up possible with the class drop.
Mr Starr's Report...Win-early breeding.
Riki McD...Interesting that Leparoux sticks after the so-so effort in last.
Pure Home Brew.
Gasper C.
Thomas Is Rockin.
Exchangingmemories.
On dirt: Same.

If we are interested in both halves of an entry -- in event of a scratch -- it is noted that way [in other words, both halves are named]. If only one-half of the entry is named, then we prefer that half and will move to our next pick listed [rather than the other half of the entry] in event of a scratch.
