Sensational Slam...Could prove interesting returning to a sprint off the layoff.

Cherokee Queen...Have to respect the G3 win here last time. Cuts back a furlong but has enough speed to be in play early.

Persuading...The one to catch.

Schoolyard Dreams...Has shown a liking for this track.

Drosselmeyer...Last year's G1 Belmont winner might be the top pick - but he was being pointed to a FG stake and came up with a fever, so might be short today. Then again...

Red's Round Table...Undefeated except for a troubled stakes try last summer.

Heather...Split the top two last time and likely to be in the mix again.

Willcox Inn...Lightly-raced but showing potential. Finished behind two good ones in lone turf try.

Moonbie...Stretches to two turns after a couple of sprints.

Zazu...Two nice tries on the dirt here - including a G1 win last time.
Turbulent Descent...Finished second to top pick last time - in first career defeat.
AZ Warrior.

Santa Anita: Kilroe Mile G1 $300K

Jeranimo...Capable on best effort and we'll take a shot in a wide-open race.
Caracortado...Undefeated in two turf tries and likely to run well again.
Fluke...Hits the exacta more often than not.
Sebastian Flyte.

Santa Anita: SA Hcp G1 $750K

Game On Dude...Baffert trainee was solid in comeback. Gets tested but could be this good.
First Dude...Also a 'dude', also from Baffert. First time out for that trainer and going well in the morning.
Twirling Candy...Last two have him tabbed as a top contender in the older division - but gets faces a stern test today.
