Yesterday

3-10. Winners in the 4th [$12.20 - we'd cry about the dip in price from the 10-1 morning line - but heck, we were just lucky to survive the inquiry], 6th [$5.50], and 7th [$5.10]. Also, in the 1st our second selection over our third pick completed a healthy $92.50/$2 exacta. A cold exacta in the 4th [$33.20]. Our top two flip-flopped in the 5th for the exacta [$49.80]. Another cold exacta in the 7th [$19.80]. And another flip-flop in the 10th for the exacta [$54.00] with our third pick completing the tri [$128.00] and our fourth pick rounding out the super [$562.00].

22,190 attended and were treated to another gorgeous day weather-wise. Sunny and comfortable.

Today

Fasig-Tipton's Saratoga Selected Yearlings Sales take place at the Finney Sales Pavilion on East Avenue at 7pm. Stop by and watch the real gamblers in action!

FIRST RACE
Lisa Jean...Lightly-raced and looks primed in third start of the season.
Spirit of Rose...It's Linda Rice and this is a turf sprint.
Mystic City...Has some early speed.
Pretty Cozzy.

SECOND RACE
Spa City Lover...Win-early breeding and a win-early trainer.
Saratogaatseventy...With Cuvee on top this one should be precocious -- let's hope for that 10-1 ML price.
Feels Good...Another bred to win sooner rather than later.
Queen's Harbor.

THIRD RACE
Scale...Flopped in lone turf effort - we're hoping that's an aberration but we'll know more after this race.
Mighty Tuff...Solid numbers since switching to grass.
Solar Panel...Could be the one to catch -- and that's a bonus in these quick sprints.
Conflicted.
On dirt: Scale, Wise Stop, Zone Breaker, Zealous Boy, Conflicted, EP Bombay.

FOURTH RACE
Gangsterontherun...Win early breeding and a win early trainer.
Wildcat Stevie...Also has precocious breeding and that 7/28 workout could signal readiness.
Sunday Splitsville...OK debut despite some trouble -- but the drop is kind of suspicious off of that one.
William's Prayer.

FIFTH RACE
El Real Madrid...A couple of nice improving efforts at this level in Jersey.
Stargleam...Should fit with this bunch.
Rocketing Returns...Might play 'catch me if you can'.
The Roundhouse.

SIXTH RACE
Redefined...Third start of the season plus the drop add up to taking this one on top.
Southern Exchange...It's Dutrow vs Dutrow for the exacta.
My Best Pal Red...Turf sprints are a spaciality and this guy is proven at the task.
Cires.
On dirt: Southern Exchange, Gold Vendetta, Pewter, Prince Woodman, Icetate, Straight Romance.

SEVENTH RACE
Mythical Yarn...Could be interesting dropping in for a tag.
Lion Cub...Just broke her maiden but this NW2L condition isn't much of a jump.
Australis Princess...Has shown some life.
Lost At Dawn.
On dirt: Market Collapse, Australis Princess, Mythical Yarn, Dear Marylou, Wise Choice.

EIGHTH RACE - Amsterdam G2 $150K
Discreetly Mine...Clearly looks like the one to beat off of his last couple.
Latigo Shore...We liked this guy last time when he trailed home fourth behind Trappe Shot. Might appreciate the cutback.
General Maximus...High early speed.
Essence hit Man.

NINTH RACE
Kan N Klear...Probably needs to step it up but should be a good fit at this level and is eligible to improve off of the layoff.
Lisa's Kitten...Should be finding a little class relief in here.
Zodiac Girl...Lightly-raced 3YO will contend if able to fire her best stuff.
Centrina.
Hey Babe.
On dirt: Verse Choir, Lily Meadow, Conga Belle, Hey Babe, Lucky to be Me, Lisa's Kitten.

If we are interested in both halves of an entry -- in event of a scratch -- it is noted that way [in other words, both halves are named]. If only one-half of the entry is named, then we prefer that half and will move to our next pick listed [rather than the other half of the entry] in event of a scratch.
