We started the 2003 Saratoga thoroughbred race meet with a mythical bankroll of $1000. Each day we'll use this space to record our mythical best bets and calculate the accumulated wins and losses.

Yesterday...

Shoulda stuck with the straight WPS bets. Ran second with a couple -- Ecclesiastic lost a photo -- and won with a nice 6-1 and 4-1.

RACE TWO... $5 WP on For My Wife.
Collected $8.00 on the WP (xxx, 3.20).

RACE FOUR... $5 WP on Ecclesiastic.
Collected $14.75 on the WP (xxx, 5.90).

RACE SIX... $5 WP on Erda.
Collected $58.75 on the WP (15.20, 8.30).

Also... $4 exacta box Erda/Sounds Fishy.
Ran 1-6.

Also... $1 tri box Erda/Sounds Fishy/Harts Gap/Radiantly. Only use Harts Gap and Radiantly, not other half of those entries. Sub Erase if scratch.
Ran 1-2-6.

RACE EIGHT... $2 tri key Silent Crystal over Aztec Pearl/Prima Green/Peacefully.
Ran 4/1-2-7

Also... $3 WPS on Prima Green.
Collected $29.55 on the WPS (10.80, 4.70, 4.20).

RACE NINE... $1 tri key Private Scandal over Realriskybusiness/Minstrel's Melody/Kistache. Sub Patriot Spirit if scratch.
Ran 1/3-10-12.

Also... $4 exacta box Private Scandal/Realriskybusiness.
Ran 1-10.
